According to media reports – among others, the “Berliner Kurier” reports – Europa League contender Union Berlin is said to be looking into the personnel of Philipp Max. The 28-year-old left-back, who has played for PSV Eindhoven in the Eredivisie since 2020 after his years with FC Augsburg (145 Bundesliga games between 2015 and 2020), is still under contract with the Dutch club until 30 June 2024. The teammate of Mario Götze, who is moving to Eintracht, would therefore cost a transfer fee.
