The entire fan community of the Nerazzurri is looking forward to the Champions League final! But arrangements should still be made in the league to guarantee participation in the top flight next year.
Unfortunately, I cannot “guarantee” that my Inter Milan Atalanta Bergamo bet will come true. But together with a Bet365 bonus, there are at least good chances of forcing the industry giant of the same name to pay out a profit.
Having reached the final of the top flight is certainly an achievement that Simone Inzaghi can bring to negotiations with the board regarding taking his job beyond the end of the season.
Indeed, for a long time they were not happy with the Inter coach, but in the closing metres he has managed to turn a mediocre season into a magnificent one.
Even my result tip placed via the Bwin app was correct, thereby paying out a magnificent betting odds of 8.75.
Inter, meanwhile, need to pick up a point against Bergamo to take their place in the next edition of the top flight – no matter what the outcome of the UCL final against the Citizens!
But their upcoming opponents are also fighting for their participation in the top flight. In order to move up to fourth place, however, a three-pointer is absolutely necessary on Saturday.
However, apart from Milan’s generally more mature style of play, there are also plenty of statistical reasons to give Bergamo a wide berth at this point.
Atalanta have suffered 65 Serie A defeats against Milan, just one less than against Juventus (66), the team La Dea have lost to most often in the top flight.
On the other hand, Inter have already lost 12 matches this season, which is quite unusual. Only in four other first division seasons have the northern Italians suffered more setbacks.
Can they now be trusted in the course of a home win bet on Saturday? Frankly, I’m convinced that if ever there was a time to trust Inter, it’s now!
Inter have definitely found their game in the home stretch of this long 2022/23 season and have now won 9 of their last 10 competitive games, what an achievement!
What’s more, Milan have scored as many goals in their last two home games alone (7) as they did in their previous eight appearances at the venerable Giuseppe Meazza Stadium combined.
So there is no better time for Milan fans to inaugurate a sports betting bonus with a win tip on their team. Especially as I don’t trust Bergamo too much in top games.
Inter have already won the first-leg match 3-2 and, without the risk of running into a counter-attack, can try to put their opponents under pressure again early on in their own stadium.
After all, before this penultimate Serie A matchday, no other club in the league has been able to score fewer goals within the opening quarter-hour than Atalanta Bergamo (2).
The Inter Milan Atalanta betting odds are also high enough for me to put my tip into action.
In fact, betting odds of about 1.82 are absolutely reasonable for a success of the much stronger looking Milanese.
Especially because the Nerazzurri have not lost any of their last nine home compulsory games against this opponent (6 wins, 3 draws).
Summary: This season finale is just saving Simone Inzaghi’s job and making for happy faces in the home stands of the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium, which will also be filled to bursting on Saturday.
Inter are currently the measure of all things in Italy and, after their cup victory over Florence in the Coppa Italia final, are highly motivated to secure their ticket to the next edition of the Champions League with another win in the league.
Bergamo, on the other hand, have not won in years when visiting Milan and, in my opinion, are not in a position to seriously challenge the home side in their current form.
My Inter Milan Atalanta Bergamo tip: Victory for the Nerazzurri!
