After his stints at Bochum, Augsburg and Union Berlin, the immensely experienced goalkeeper Andreas Luthe is adding another chapter. The now 35-year-old veteran joins Kaiserslautern, promoted to the second division, with immediate effect. The keeper comes to FCK with the recommendation of 90 Bundesliga and 154 Zweitliga games. The time was ripe “for a new challenge”, said Luthe. “FCK is one of the most traditional clubs in Germany, and the region lives and breathes football.
