Mergim Berisha’s return to FC Augsburg is imminent. According to information from kicker, TSG Hoffenheim has yet to give the final go-ahead. However, this could come in the course of the evening or on Monday. The striker will return to the Fuggerstadt club on a six-month loan, with FCA also holding a purchase option. The 26-year-old played for Augsburg in the 2022/23 season, before moving to Hoffenheim in the summer of 2023. However, Berisha has rarely featured there.
