Last summer, FC Barcelona already showed interest in the Spanish right-back Marc Pubill (21), but a transfer did not materialize at the time, partly due to financial fair play. Pubill has also impressed for second division club UD Almeria this season, making 26 appearances and scoring once. The upcoming transfer window could therefore see negotiations move forward again. According to Marca, Barca’s interest in signing Pubill has been registered with the player’s page.
