VfL Bochum has tied another talent from its own youth academy to itself and provided Kacper Koscierski with a professional contract. The 17-year-old defender signed a “long-term contract” and will join the professional squad from next season, the club announced on Tuesday. Koscierski joined Bochum’s U10 team in 2017 and went through all the youth teams up to the U19 level. Most recently, the German junior international also played three times for the DFB’s U18 team.
