Norman Theuerkauf is retiring at the end of the season. This was announced by his club, 1. FC Heidenheim, on Monday. The 38-year-old will take up a position as coach of the U15 team at the club’s youth academy (NLZ). This season, the defender made one appearance in the Bundesliga and eight in the Conference League. He had been under contract with FCH since 2015.
