The departure of Lewis Hotlby and the transfer of Timo Becker to FC Schalke 04 had already been announced by Bundesliga relegated side Holstein Kiel. One day after their last game in the top flight for the time being, the Storks have bid farewell to three more players: Colin Kleine-Bekel (22), who suffered a cruciate ligament injury in March 2024 and has not played since, Marvin Schulz (30) and Dominik Javorcek (22), who joined KSV on loan from MSK Zilina in Slovakia last summer, are leaving the club.
