Online betting provider Bet3000 has regained its German license. The bookmaker (IBA Entertainment Ltd.) won summary proceedings before the Administrative Court in Halle at the beginning of June.
The court ruled that the immediate revocation of the license by the GGL (Joint Gaming Authority of the German States) was insufficiently justified and therefore unlawful.

The GGL revoked Bet3000’s license due to technical deficiencies in LUGAS’ IT system.
