The starting position with betting odds
In the opening match of Club World Cup Group A, FC Bayern gave Australian club Auckland City no chance, winning 10-0.
In their second game, Bayern now face Boca Juniors, who drew 2-2 with Benfica Lisbon in their opening match.
Unsurprisingly, according to the Bayern – Boca odds from bookmakers such as NEObet, Munich are clear favorites in this match.
Looking at the overall values of the two squads, this assessment is more than understandable: the Boca Juniors squad is worth just under €86.5 million, while the Bayern squad is worth more than ten times that at €903.5 million.
Anything other than a Munich victory would therefore be a surprise.
