After many years with Paris Saint-Germain, Italian European champion Marco Verratti had already moved to the desert in September 2023, joining Al-Arabi in Doha. Now he is moving within Qatar to Al-Duhail, as the club announced on its website. The club did not disclose the length of the contract. However, the midfielder will not be reunited with one of his former Paris coaches at Al-Duhail: Christophe Galtier joined Neom SC in Saudi Arabia just a few days ago.
