Conference League Qualification, 2nd Round, Thursday, 24.07.2025 at 19:00
There are also some clubs participating in this second round of Conference League qualification for the very first time! One of these newcomers is the subject of my Novi Pazar Jagiellonia Bialystok prediction, which I will submit together with the Bet365 bonus.
According to this, after their weak start to the league, the Poles will benefit from the Serbs’ lack of international experience to gain a significant lead in the first leg!
If we were boxing, Jagiellonia Bialystok would clearly have the upper hand. With a squad value of around €26 million, the Poles have about three times the monetary fighting weight of their Serbian challengers.
FK Novi Pazar is also entering completely new territory: Thursday evening will see them play their first competitive international match in the club’s history.
This lack of experience on the European stage alone is likely to be a clear disadvantage. Especially since Jagiellonia impressed with great attacking football in 2024/25 and has a well-rehearsed squad.
If there are no big surprises, the favorites should live up to their role and set the course for qualification in the first leg. But let’s take it one step at a time!
The recent departure of Mateusz Skrzypczak to Lech Poznan may have hit Jagiellonia Bialystok hard, both in sporting and emotional terms – after all, the center back was not only a regular starter but also an important figurehead.
Nevertheless, the Polish squad can still be described as strong. With targeted reinforcements and a stable squad structure, they consider themselves well positioned for the 2025/26 season.
One decisive advantage over Novi Pazar is that the league has already started in Poland.
While Jagiellonia has already been able to prove itself under real competitive conditions, Novi Pazar has so far only been able to prepare with test matches – and those have been anything but encouraging.
Five games, one win: there is not much to suggest that the Serbs will be in top form against Bialystok on Thursday.
Just because Jagiellonia Bialystok has already had competitive practice doesn’t mean that this factor alone will encourage the fans at first!
The 0-4 defeat against Termalica Bruk-Bet Nieciecza on the first matchday of the Ekstraklasa was a real setback. But sometimes a bad start is exactly what a team needs to wake up.
The Poles proved last year what they are capable of. Their impressive run to the quarter-finals of the Conference League, where they were narrowly beaten by Real Betis, shows that they are definitely capable of performing at international level.
The experience gained in last season’s European campaign, the higher individual quality and the competitive toughness gained in the league, which has already started, all speak in Jagiellonia’s favor.
Against Novi Pazar, who are playing in Europe for the first time and looked vulnerable in defense, Bialystok could set the course in the first leg.
However, this will require a focused performance over 90 minutes – because, as we all know, you should never underestimate a team that has nothing to lose. But anyone who has been able to hold their own against Betis in Europe should also be able to cope with Novi Pazar.
Looking at the Novi Pazar Jagiellonia Bialystok odds and the offers from various bookmakers, I wouldn’t take any big risks on my betting slip and would ultimately opt for a simple away win at odds of around 1.70.
Whether the Poles win with or without conceding a goal is then more a matter of chance – even if, after their weak start to the season and the departure of Skrzypczak in central defense, I expect a 3-1 win for Jagiellonia Bialystok rather than a 3-0 win.
But either way, the visitors should come out on top in the end! The difference in quality is just too big for anything else!
By the way: A sports betting odds boost can really enhance your Novi Pazar Jagiellonia Bialystok tip. Instead of the regular odds, you’ll get a significantly higher payout if you win – with the same risk.
A boost not only makes your bet more exciting, but also potentially more profitable. Just make sure you check the terms and conditions, such as maximum winnings or betting limits, so you can take full advantage of the offer.
Conclusion: All in all, I think the Poles have the edge. The loss of Skrzypczak was noticeable, as the 0-4 defeat at the start of the Ekstraklasa showed. But Jagiellonia has more international experience and has already gained competitive practice.
Novi Pazar, on the other hand, is facing the first European Cup game in its history – under a coach who has yet to make his mark on the international stage.
The Serbs are therefore likely to learn some costly lessons on Thursday. A clear away win for the Poles would therefore come as no surprise to me.
My prediction: Win Jagiellonia Bialystok
