Following the signing of Warmed Omari, Hamburger SV has signed another defender. Right-back Giorgi Gocholeishvili, who was on loan at FC Copenhagen last season and made 33 competitive appearances for the Danish side, is joining the Rothosen on loan with an option to buy from Shakhtar Donetsk. The 24-year-old Georgian successfully completed his medical on Wednesday.
