In addition to reinforcements for its central defense, Hamburger SV continues to search for creative midfielders. One of them was supposed to be Adam Karabec (22), who was already on loan from Sparta Prague to the Hanseatic city last season. However, an extension of the loan has now fallen through, and the Czech is set to join Olympique Lyon.
