Full-back Lewin Blum is moving on loan from BSC Young Boys to Sporting Charleroi in the Belgian top flight until the end of the season, subject to passing a medical. The twelfth-placed team in the Jupiler Pro League has an option to sign the 24-year-old Bern native on a permanent basis.
