My Bears Vikings prediction: CHI win & Swift with TD
Here are the reasons for my betting tip:
- Bears: Won 7 of their last 8 home games in September.
- CHI won their last 2 preseason games against the Chiefs and Bills.
- D’Andre Swift regularly scores touchdowns against NFC opponents.
NFL 2025/26: Bears – Vikings Prediction, Stats & Odds

The Minnesota Vikings were the surprise of last season. It’s just a shame that the Purple People Eater’s playoff run came to a relatively unspectacular end after a truly sensational regular season.
In my Bears Vikings prediction for the start of the new season, I see the hosts putting together a successful ground game with players such as Caleb Williams and D’Andre Swift.
While I’ll be using the Betano bonus on Tuesday, I expect Chicago to dictate the game at Soldier Field, especially on the ground.
Bears vs. Vikings predictions:
D’Andre Swift will score at least 2 touchdowns – that’s the first Bears Vikings AI prediction our AI model has given me.
An ambitious suggestion, but one that at least has its raison d’être at odds of around 6.50. After all, Chicago has geared its game around its lightning-fast running back and has just successfully defeated big names like the Bills and Chiefs in the preseason.
A Bears victory is another useful AI suggestion. With German betting providers, you can expect to double your stake if you win. Personally, I see Chicago as the slight favorite going into this matchup.
Finally, I, along with our AI model, rate over 39.5 points at average odds of 1.50 as a safe Bears Vikings tip, because the two matchups last year already broke this mark.
What you need to consider when betting on Bears vs. Vikings
- D’Andre Swift has scored in each of his last six September home games against NFC teams.
- Caleb Williams has rushed for 33+ yards in each of the Bears’ last five home games against NFC opponents.
- Aaron Jones has scored 2+ touchdowns in each of his last three September games against NFC North teams when his team was favored by the bookmakers beforehand.
- Aaron Jones has scored at least once in eight of his last nine September games when his team was favored by the bookmakers beforehand.
