NFL 2025/26: Jaguars – Chiefs Prediction, Stats & Odds

The Jaguars currently have the second-best pass defense in the NFL according to EPA and excel above all in their incredible ball hunting: with 14 forced turnovers, including nine interceptions, they lead the entire league.
But so far, they haven’t had to face a quarterback of Patrick Mahomes’ caliber. And this is exactly where the tide could turn: Kansas City is, after all, one of the most secure teams when it comes to handling the ball.
As part of my Jaguars Chiefs prediction, I therefore sought out a German betting provider with the firm intention of speculating on a victory for the perennial Super Bowl finalists by at least one field goal difference.
Jaguars vs. Chiefs predictions:
To put the Jaguars Chiefs AI prediction to the test, I used various Interwetten sports betting sites – because that’s where I found some of the best odds!
For example, I immediately identified over 45.5 points at odds of around 1.90 as a value bet. And not only because the Chiefs’ explosive offense – as was the case last week – is once again capable of conjuring up a whopping 37 points on the board.
In addition, each of the Jaguars’ last eight games ended in a victory with more points than the over/under line set by the betting providers with Paysafecard revealed in advance.
Incidentally, Kareem Hunt has scored at least one touchdown in each of his last six appearances against teams from the AFC South. Consequently, I didn’t need to be asked twice when our AI model recommended “Touchdown: Hunt.”
Last but not least, you need to prepare for what is likely to be a close match, so close that my chosen additional condition of “HC -3.5” may be too risky for some of you.
However, the very safe option, Chiefs to win at 1.50, remains a low-risk bet with high potential returns. Especially since Kansas City has already won each of its last eight games against the Jaguars and also seems to be in a slightly better position in 2025.
What you need to consider when betting on Jaguars vs. Chiefs
- The Jaguars have lost their last 8 October games against AFC West opponents.
- Jacksonville has failed to cover the spread in 7 of its last 8 games as an underdog after an away win.
- Kareem Hunt has scored at least one touchdown in each of his last 6 games against AFC South teams.
- Hunt has rushed for at least 33 yards in all 8 of his Monday Night games to date.
- Brian Thomas has scored at least once in 5 of the last 6 Jaguars games as an underdog in Florida.
- Trevor Lawrence has thrown for over 273 yards in each of his last 4 Week 5 games.
