Markus Gisdol has been dismissed as coach of Kayserispor after only eight games in charge. As club president Nurettin Acikalin confirmed to the Turkish news agency “Anadolu Ajansi,” the Super League club has parted ways with the 56-year-old, who only took over in the summer. Under Gisdol, the team remained winless in eight league games (five draws and three losses). A successor has not yet been named.
