Manuel Pellegrini will remain coach of Betis Sevilla beyond the current season. The 72-year-old head coach extended his contract with the Andalusians until 2027 on Friday. The Chilean has been on the sidelines there since 2020. At the end of November, Betis is fifth in the table in La Liga and is also at the top of the Europa League after five games without defeat.
