After six months in Ingolstadt, Mads Borchers returns to Finland. The 23-year-old Dane, who moved from Vaasan Palloseura to the third division club before the season, is moving on loan to HJK Helsinki, who have an option to buy in the summer. Striker Borchers made 15 appearances for FCI (seven starting eleven appearances) and scored one goal. “Unfortunately, he was not able to call up his potential, which he has proven several times in his past stations, as hoped,” explains managing director Dietmar Beiersdorfer the decision.
