RB Leipzig is a big step further in the search for a successor to Xaver Schlager. The club reached an agreement with Rocco Reitz (23) from Borussia Mönchengladbach on a long-term contract. A corresponding “Sky” report coincides with kicker information. The sticking point now is the transfer fee. Reitz can get out of his contract, which is still valid until 2028, in the summer for a fixed 25 million euros. Leipzig wants to reduce this sum significantly. Will Gladbach go along with it?
