Karlsruher SC have signed Ferdinand Gebert, the 20-year-old goalkeeper will join the Baden club from regional league side FC-Astoria Walldorf in the summer. Gebert was trained at TSG Hoffenheim from 2017 to 2025. In the summer of 2025, he returned to Walldorf, where he had previously played in the youth. He is already the third new signing for KSC after midfielder Kevin Wiethaup and offensive player Noel Eichinger. The second division club did not announce a contract term.
