It had already been hinted at recently, now it is official: Mikel Arteta’s chapter of success at Arsenal FC continues. As the Gunners announced on Wednesday afternoon, the 44-year-old, who has been under contract with the Gunners since 2019 and led the traditional London club to its first championship in over 20 years last season, has extended his contract until 2030. His previous contract would have expired in the summer of 2027.
