RB Salzburg had been looking for a buyer for Oumar Solet for months – TSG Hoffenheim had also been interested in the 24-year-old, but a transfer fell through on the home straight. After the transfer deadline, Salzburg terminated the contract with the defender. Solet has now found a new club after all. Udinese Calcio, coached by Kosta Runjaic, secured the Frenchman’s signature on Tuesday, although he will not be eligible to play in Serie A until the second half of the season
