In 2010, Kristin Demann made her debut in the Women’s Bundesliga for Turbine Potsdam. Now, 15 years later, the 32-year-old is ending her career. This was announced by her current employer, VfL Wolfsburg, on Friday morning. “Even though this step is not easy for me and there is a lot of melancholy associated with it, it still feels like the right moment,” explains Demann herself, who can look back on two DFB Cup victories and three German championships during her career.
