Daniel Mikic is hanging up his boots this summer. The 32-year-old, who joined SC Verl from Arminia Bielefeld in the summer of 2013 and has played for the current third division club without interruption since then, will end his career after 120 appearances in the 3rd division and 177 games in the Regionalliga West as the East Westphalia club’s record player in the professional game.
