Deportivo Alaves have become the third club in the current La Liga season to sack their coach. “Deportivo Alaves and Luis Garcia have parted ways,” the 16th-placed club announced on Monday evening. The 52-year-old had led the Basques to the top Spanish division in 2023 and achieved a strong tenth place the following year. Garcia had been coach of Alaves since July 2022, his tenure was the fourth longest in the club’s history. His successor will be the Argentinian Eduardo Coudet
