ATP Finals 2025 Schedule – all Dates & Matches

Who are the favorites for the 2025 ATP Finals?

Who will win the ATP Finals 2024? When the top eight players of the year compete in a tournament, this question should usually be difficult to answer.

Nevertheless, Jannik Sinner once again stands out on the list of ATP Finals 2025 players.

The Italian recently won the ATP500 tournament in Vienna and then the Masters in Paris. In total, Sinner currently holds 22 match wins in a row in the hall. This also includes the victory at the ATP Finals last year.

So it is not surprising that defending champion Sinner is also the biggest favorite to win the title for the sports betting providers at the ATP Finals odds for the tournament victory.

Who else is one of the ATP Finals favorites 2025 behind Sinner?

Alexander Zverev is worth mentioning here. The Hamburg native also comes to Turin with a strong form. In Vienna he was in the final and at the Paris Masters in the semifinals. Both times, however, he had to admit defeat to Sinner.

As number 2 in the world ranking, Carlos Alcaraz is also a contender for the “world championship title”. However, the Spaniard is not as strong indoors as he is outdoors. At the Paris Masters, Calito failed at the start.

Taylor Fritz and Ben Shelton could also be part of the ATP Finals 2025 schedule for a long time. Fritz was in the final at last year’s final tournament, Shelton showed a strong form in the fall and is an insider tip with his serving strength.

This is an advantage for outsiders due to the special ATP Finals schedule: Due to the group mode, you can even afford a defeat in order to still have a chance of winning the tournament.

The best eight players or doubles duos of this year will be drawn into two groups of four.

Within the groups, everyone plays once against everyone else (round robin mode). The top two players/teams in each group will advance to the semi-finals. The semi-final winners will then meet in the final for the tournament victory.

All singles matches will be played in a best-of-three mode. In doubles, two winning sets are also played, but: if it is 1:1, it is not a third set, but a match tiebreak that decides on victory or defeat.
