Tottenham Hotspur has extended midfielder Rodrigo Bentancur’s contract “long term.” The Uruguayan joined Spurs from Juventus in January 2022 and played a major role in the Europa League triumph last season, among other things. Bentancur is quoted as saying the following about his extension: “I love this club and I feel really comfortable here.”
