Braga – Ferencvaros Tip Europa League, round of 16, second leg on Wednesday, 18.03.26 at 16:30 CET
Round of 16 in the Europa League! After the 2-0 defeat in the first leg, Sporting Braga have their backs to the wall. Against Ferencvaros Budapest, a win with a two-goal difference is needed to at least save themselves in extra time.
The fact is that the Portuguese will face an in-form opponent. Ferencvaros has won all of their last six games. The Hungarians scored at least two goals each.
Accordingly, in my Braga Ferenvaros tip, I don’t assume that Braga will be able to hold themselves harmless in the end. “Both teams score” at odds around 1.90 at Sportwetten.de is my bet of choice.
Braga vs. Ferencvaros AI Predictions:
European Cup time is AI model time. Of course, the digital brain looks twice as closely on an international level and presents you with a Braga Ferencvaros AI forecast at its finest.
At the beginning, the AI takes a safe path. “Ferencvaros qualifies” is offered by the sports betting providers “only” with odds of about 1.45. In view of the 2-0 lead from the first leg, however, there are certainly bets with less value.
Predicted chance of winning:
| Victory Braga |
Draw |
Victory Ferencvaros |
| 62.1% |
22.1% |
15.8% |
With Braga having to deliver, there is a good chance that the Portuguese will provoke an open exchange. Goals should therefore not remain a scarce commodity. “Over 2.5 goals” at odds of about 1.85 is the right selection. Personally, I think the quota is even rather generous.
Just like me, the AI assumes that Braga will put all its eggs in one basket from the start. So you shouldn’t go wrong with “Braga over 1.5 goals”, especially since the odds are around 1.65 – and there is the prospect of an oddset bonus. Whether that will be enough for Braga in the end to at least get into extra time is of course another matter.
