MSV’s regular goalkeeper Maximilian Braune has reportedly caught the attention of higher-ranked clubs, including some from abroad. However, no club has yet approached the third division leaders from Duisburg, according to sporting director Chris Schmoldt in the “WAZ,” dismissing rumors that Dutch first division club PEC Zwolle has already made a concrete offer. The 22-year-old keeper’s contract expires at the end of the season, and the Zebras are keen to sign Braune on a long-term basis. “We have already sent him some signals in this direction,” said Schmoldt.
