Dikeni Salifou has not played for Werder in the past two years, and now Bremen has completely closed the door on the midfielder. As SVW announced on Sunday, the 22-year-old is transferring permanently to KV Mechelen. He signed a three-year contract with the Belgian first division club until June 2028.
