Somewhat surprisingly, rumors are circulating about Kevin Trapp (35) leaving Frankfurt for Paris. And should that happen, Werder Bremen goalkeeper Michael Zetterer is said to be Eintracht’s preferred candidate to replace him. The 30-year-old was only named the new number one by new SVW coach Horst Steffen on Tuesday. West Ham made an offer for Zetterer just last week, and the goalkeeper had indicated that he could well imagine leaving the Weser.
