Four times dreariness in the Premier League! A quartet is waiting at the bottom of the table to finally get their first win, including bottom-placed Wolverhampton with just a single point.
On Saturday, the Wolves travel to the west of the capital, of course with the role of the underdog in their luggage. In my Brentford Wolverhampton tip, I will now tell you why I would bet on the double chance 1X for Over 1.5 goals.
Who do I start my analysis with, a team that just can’t win, or a club from the lower midfield that is currently working on a crazy lightning start series?
Let’s start with Brentford. Two wins, a draw and three defeats? At first glance, we have a team that has got off to a mediocre start to the season and is somewhere in the middle of the pack.
The Bees’ concept: Attack your opponents and then hope they don’t recover. A long ball is hit into the opposing team’s penalty area right from the kick-off and BAM, it’s in!
Incredibly, the Bees have now managed this feat three times in a row, most recently after just 37 seconds. Unfortunately, it didn’t help much in the end, because they only managed a total of one point against Manchester City (1-2), Tottenham (1-3) and West Ham (1-1).
Nevertheless, I am of course looking forward to the bet on the first goal at the weekend against Wolverhampton. A 1.70 is due at Betano, considering the current statistics and in combination with the Betano bonus, this tip could be really worthwhile.
By the way, at FC Brenford you are always well served with a goal scorer bet. Bryan Mbeuno has scored five out of eight goals, with his strike partner Yoane Wissa scoring the other three.

The bad news for all defensive lovers: a clean sheet has not yet been collected in 2024/25. There is also a small damper for the fans in historical terms.
Since 2016, they have been waiting for a home win against Wolverhampton! Our bookmakers are relatively optimistic that this feat will be achieved again this time.
The odds are an average of 1.95 to 3.80, which of course also has to do with the fact that the opponent is completely out of form. They have only managed to get one point, which came from a 1-1 draw against Nottingham.
0:2 against Arsenal, 2:6 against Chelsea, 1:2 against Newcastle, 1:3 against Aston Villa and 1:2 against Liverpool, if we ignore the loss against Chelsea, the Wolves at least always try to keep up.
In two of the last three games, a lead was squandered, and the team is thoroughly rattled. With 16 goals conceded, they have the worst defense in the league, although of course that 2-6 loss plays a big role here.
Wolverhampton doesn’t have a striker like Mbeuno; instead, they are relying on former Bundesliga striker Matheus Cunha, who has scored twice.
The yellow and blacks lost 18 times last season, and now they have already lost five again. Will they manage to stay out of the relegation battle this time?
Some don’t score at all, while others have set out to shock their opponents after just a few seconds! Wolverhampton and Brentford were quite interesting to analyze, of course the Bees have the advantage at home.
They are still unbeaten at home, have an absolute top striker in Mbeuno and score with their very early goals. The visitors, on the other hand, are generally insecure, especially in defense.
Since the Bees have not won a home game against the Wanderers for a long time, I am being cautious with my bet. And so I decide on the following combination:
