In 2008, Carlos Martin moved to the academy of Atletico Madrid. He made his debut for the first team 13 years later, but the striker was unable to establish himself in Diego Simeone’s team – he has only played six games for Atletico. That’s why he is now moving to Rayo Vallecano on loan within Madrid. The 23-year-old is under contract there until the end of the season.
