Steven Cherundolo will no longer be head coach of Los Angeles FC at the end of the 2025 season. The 46-year-old announced that he will step down and “after careful consideration and discussions with my family” will relocate to Germany, where he played for Hannover 96 for many years. Cherundolo has been at the helm in LA since January 2022, winning the Supporters’ Shield and the MLS championship in his first year.
