Carney Chukwuemeka arrived in Dortmund on Sunday evening. The former Chelsea player is set to undergo a medical at BVB on Monday and then, if all goes well, sign his contract. The 21-year-old Englishman was already on loan at Borussia in the second half of last season, but this time it is a permanent move for around €25 million.
