Reports of Pau Victor’s imminent transfer from FC Barcelona to Sporting Braga had already been circulating during the day. Now the Portuguese first division club has made the transfer official. According to the club’s statement, Braga will pay a transfer fee of twelve million euros, to which individual bonus payments of up to three million euros could be added. The club also announced that the Spaniard has a €50 million release clause in his contract. Since joining the Catalans from his youth club FC Girona in 2023, Pau Victor has made only 27 appearances and scored two goals for the first team, and now he wants to give his career a new boost in Portugal.
