As expected, SSV Ulm has officially parted ways with Robert Lechleiter. The former professional took over as coach of the Danube city club in March 2025, but was unable to prevent their relegation to the 3rd division and, after six match days, they are in 15th place with only two wins. “The team’s performance in recent weeks, combined with the results of the six league games so far, were the deciding factors in this decision,” according to a club statement. U-19 coach Moritz Glasbrenner will temporarily take over training duties.
