Tottenham Hotspur have found a successor for Igor Tudor, who has already been dismissed after a very short tenure. After the Croatian’s unsuccessful intermezzo over just seven games, Roberto de Zerbi is now to take over the role of firefighter – and at best at the same time align the North Londoners for a more successful future. At least that’s what the club’s announcement suggests, according to which the former Marseille coach is signing “a long-term contract”.
