Hrvoje Smolcic is leaving Eintracht Frankfurt for Turkey. First division newcomers Kocaelispor are loaning the 25-year-old defender and have also secured an option to buy. Smolcic, who played 20 Bundesliga games for SGE, was loaned to Austrian first division club Linzer ASK last season and then returned to Hessen. The Croatian had no prospects at Eintracht and has now found a new challenge.
