Grazer AK has tied down central defender Donovan Pines for another year. The Austrian Bundesliga club exercised the agreed option on the 28-year-old American, who came to Mur from FC Barnsley last August. Pines has been one of the “absolute top performers in the team” from the beginning, it was said in a club statement on Monday. He is an integral part of the starting eleven and has played through 23 of the last 24 games. Pines will stay until summer 2027.
