One day before their big match against Arsenal, Liverpool announced some exciting news: attacking player Cody Gakpo has extended his contract with the Reds. The club did not disclose the length of the contract. The 26-year-old Dutchman moved to Liverpool from Eindhoven in the winter of 2023. In his two and a half years, he has played 131 games for the English champions, scoring 42 goals.
