After a 3-0 lead, only play 3-3? After last season, it’s hard to believe that Galatasaray actually managed this feat! The defending champions want to strike back immediately after this small mistake.
They have a home game coming up and, with odds of 1.30 to 9.00, the Lions are way out in front. In my Galatasaray Alanyaspor betting tip, I will now tell you why I also expect the favorites to win and also believe that the 2.5 goals will be scored.
Galatasaray is still top of the table – that was the good news of the past weekend! Actually, it looked as if the Lions would end the seventh matchday as winners.
They were already leading 3-0 against Kasimpasa, and everything was going according to plan. But suddenly the champions made a mistake time and again, and in the end the scoreline was actually 3-3. The equalizer came in the final second.
How could this happen after Gala started the season with the results 2-1 against Hatayspor and Konyaspor, 3-1 against Gaziantep and Fenerbahce, 5-1 against Adana and 5-0 against Rizespor?
Galatasaray itself didn’t really have an answer to this question. Offensively, I can’t fault the team at all, no one else has scored 23 goals. The average is an incredible 3.3.
This naturally raises the question: What are the odds for betting that the Lions will also score at least three times on Sunday? At Bet-at-home, it is a good 1.90.

Five goals and three assists – his tally from the last three duels against Alanyaspor is incredibly strong! And, of course, it also shows how high Galatasaray’s wins must have been.
4:0, 4:0, 4:1, that’s really quite something. I look back at Bet-at-home again and see: A goal from Mertens would make it to odds of 2.25 for the weekend, so it would be quite profitable.
Gala has lost two home games in the Süper Lig against Alanyaspor. Not many, but: both took place between mid-September and mid-October, so it would be well timed from a purely seasonal point of view.
Admittedly, this fact is a bit far-fetched. From Alanyaspor’s point of view, every encouraging result is important, because their own start to the season was anything but glorious – but at least it seems to be improving now.
After three draws and two defeats, they finally won 2-0 against Adana Demirspor, and then followed that up with a 1-0 win over Rizespor. It’s also encouraging to see that they have not conceded a goal in their last three matches.
Does it make a difference that the team has to play away on Sunday? It could well do! Yes, they won 2-0 against Adana, but that was against the winless team at the bottom of the table.
Alanyaspor not only lost to Basaksehir and Fenerbahce, they also looked really bad defensively. 2-4 and 0-3, one or two fans fear the worst given Galatasaray’s offensive quality!
Galatasaray is the clear favorite in the home game against Alanyaspor – that comes as no surprise to anyone. Hopefully the Lions have digested their small slip-up against Kasimpasa and are ready for new shooting festivals. The 2-2 draw against RFS in the Europa League was disappointing, but should not affect the league.
They score more than three goals per game on average, which can really hurt the opponent. Alanyaspor were really beaten the last three times against Gala, and things don’t currently look rosy for them away from home either.
All in all, this leads me not only to bet on another three points for the hosts, but also to believe that it will be anything but boring in the RAMS Park. So my overall tip is:
Galatasaray wins, we see more than 2.5 goals!
