Giuliano Simeone has extended his contract with Atletico Madrid ahead of schedule. The contract, which runs until 2028 anyway, is now valid until 2030, as the Rojiblancos announced. The 23-year-old Argentine moved to Atletico’s youth team in 2019, and via loan spells in Zaragoza and Alaves, the son of coach Diego gained a foothold in the first team, for which he has since played 51 La Liga (four goals) and 15 Champions League games (two goals).
