TSV Havelse has strengthened its central defense: Semi Belkahia is transferring to the third division club. The 26-year-old brings 88 third division games of experience to the promoted club. Belkahia most recently played for Arminia Bielefeld. However, he only made two competitive appearances last season for the second division newcomers and DFB Cup finalists, and his contract in Bielefeld was not extended in the summer, leaving the defensive player without a club. Belkahia will wear the number 6 shirt at Havelse.
