1. FC Magdeburg is reportedly working on signing Alexander Ahl Holmström from Swedish first division club Göteborgs AIS. The 25-year-old was in the stadium for FCM’s 2-2 draw with Fürth, as agency pictures show. The Swedish first division season ends on November 10, with the official end of the season on December 31. Ahl Holmström would then be free of transfer fees as his contract expires. The winter transfer window will open again on January 1, 2025.
