Long-time Manchester City and Serie A professional Aleksandar Kolarov has most recently been coaching the U-21 national team of his home country Serbia. This commitment is now coming to an end for the Belgrade native, as the local association has announced. Instead, the once powerful left-back is returning to Italy. At his former club Inter Milan (2020 to 2022), the former Lazio and Roma player will be the new assistant to head coach Cristian Chivu, who succeeded the successful Simone Inzaghi.
