Alongside Tim Krohn, Louis Köster has also extended his contract with FC Hansa Rostock on a long-term basis. The 21-year-old transferred from FC Schalke 04 to the Kogge’s second team in January 2023 and quickly recommended himself for the professional squad thanks to his strong performances. Since then, he has made two appearances in the 2nd Bundesliga and three games in the 3rd league. He also scored 19 goals in 56 games for the U23s in the Regionalliga and Oberliga
