Rumors had been circulating for some time that Mustafa Kourouma might move to Oberhausen after five years in Essen. Now RevierSport reports that the deal is done: the 22-year-old has reportedly signed a one-year contract with RWO. There is also said to be an option to extend the contract for another year if the club manages to secure promotion to the 3rd division. Oberhausen’s sporting director Dennis Lichtenwimmer did not want to confirm the transfer yet, but pointed out that the club had reached an agreement with “a few guys.”
